Victor Granville (Patrick Descamps), owner of a factory that makes bikes, learns that he is seriously ill and hands over his small company to the “New Deal” group, a large communications and media company.

Corinne (Lubna Azabal), a young manager of “New Deal”, is assigned as head of “Granville” to restructure the company and get rid of one of the production lines.

To make a “fair” choice of which team of workers will keep their jobs, she sets up a competition between the two production lines: the team that produces the most bikes will be kept on, the other will be fired. Jean-Paul (Gaétan Wenders) and Bruno (Renaud Rutten), the two production line managers have no choice in the matter, but they swear they will not stoop to cheap shots in order to save their friendship…

Will it be possible given that they have to save their job and those of their team?
